We carry organic and certified organic teas and high quality tea accessories. Our goal is that you will be pleased with your order. Please remember that you can return anything for any reason or no reason at all. We want you to be 100% happy with our service and products or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@theteaavenue.com or call us at 1-888-618-7611 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund your money minus shipping fee.

All orders by money order will be sent upon receipt of payment and clearance by the bank if paying by personal check.

Delivery Time

Please allow at least 7 business days from the day your order was placed if paying by credit card or from the day your money order was received or from the day your check clears.

Shipping

Theteaavenue.com uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States and Canada. UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

We apologize but at this time, we can only ship to US and Canada.

No Minimum Order Requirement! TheTeaAvenue.com has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sampler -- and don't forget to ask us for gift ideas.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia (4.5%).
