Tea RecipesAlthough relatively new, tea recipes are becoming more and more and people are starting to include this in their diet. If you want to prepare a healthy and delicious meal that is satisfying and flavorful, for you and your family, tea recipes are the answer.

There are different styles of cooking with tea such as steeping, infusing, and rubbing.

Steeping means immersing the tea leaves in hot water. This produces a concentrate that is perfect for sauces or broths. When using black tea, steep the tea leaves for three to five minutes in 2 cups of water of boiling water of about (212 degrees)

With green tea or white tea, you can add the same amount of tea leaves, however let the water cool to about 170 degrees to avoid the concentrate from getting bitter before adding the tea. Steep for three minutes.
